On National Youth Day, the Vadodara City Youth Congress reached the MP's house and tried to cordon it, demanding employment for the youth. However, the police foiled the program and detained 15 protestors. A program was organized by the City Youth Congress to cordon the Vadodara MP Ranjan Bhatt's house. Following this tight police security was set up near the house in Nizampura. A large number of protestors, led by Youth Congress president Asfaq Malek, marched towards the MP's house. They raised slogans to give employment to the unemployed. Society members also walked out of the house. However, before they could start, the police detained around 15 protestors from the spot.
