Construction of Delhi-Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway SUB Vadodara district administration completed 99 per cent of the land acquisition, 96 per cent of the compensation paid The Delhi-Vadodara-Mumbai Express Highway presently under construction is 845 kilometers. Currently, the Vadodara district administration has almost completed the very important land acquisition for the Vadodara to Mumbai phase within the limits. Under the guidance of District Collector Shalini Agarwal, the district administration has come close to completing this work following the Land Acquisition Act. Shalini Agarwal gave details and said that 99% of the required land has been acquired and 96.56% of the compensation due to the land donors has been paid. Land Acquisition for Vadodara-Mumbai Express Highway covers a total of 29 villages in Vadodara district, 14 in Vadodara taluka, 9 in Padra taluka and 6 in Karjan taluka.
