With the festivities around the corner, RMC's food department has sprung into action. A large quantity of inedible food was seized during the investigation at Shree Ram Griha Udyog located on Laxminagar Main Road. Moreover, it was also revealed that washing soda was being used to make the snacks. Around 5500 kg of inedible quantity including 850 kg of stale ‘farsan’, 200 kg of inedible ‘Shrikhand’, 160 kg of stale sweets was destroyed on the spot by the food department and a notice was served.
