The "Maru Gaam Corona Mukt Gaam" campaign has started across the state from 1st May, the foundation day of Gujarat. Under this campaign, the responsibility has been handed over to the members of the Cabinet by the Chief Minister Vijay Rupani. As a part of which the Minister of State for Narmada Development Yogesh Patel has been given the responsibility of Vadodara district. Under Maru Gaam Corona Mukt Gaam Abhiyan, 5,749 bed facility has been provided at Community Covid Care Centers in 546 villages of Vadodara district. The Minister of State visited Savli, Desar and Waghodia talukas on Saturday and reviewed the situation of Corona in the villages with the local administration and asked them to make sincere efforts to make Corona free villages. He inspected the vaccination operations at Janmotri Hospital and also visited Savli, Desar CHC, Rajupura, Pandu, Manjusar and Jarod Collective Covid Care Centers and got information about the facilities provided to the patients under isolation
