On Tuesday, the Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) arrested 3 people for selling "Not For Sale" Remdesivir. Of the three arrested, two work in the Gotri GMERS Medical College, while the third one, a woman works on contract in Gotri GMERS Hospital After the police received a piece of information about a man selling Remdesivir, a trap was set and a decoy customer was sent. One of the accused, identified as Sohail Darbar arrived with the injection and the cops nabbed him. As per information, Varsha Damor, a servant at Gotri GMERS Hospital had one injection with her over the last 25 days. She was given two injections for a patient, but he died after one was administered. She then decided to sell the remaining one. Shailesh Prajapati, a servant at Gotri Medical College sold the injection for Rs. 14,000, and Sohail Darbar, who worked as a plant operator in the oxygen plant of Gotri Medical College, sold it for Rs. 15,000.
