VMSS has come up with a plan to temporarily solve the waterlogging issue near Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The plan is to divert the water towards the Vishwamitri river through a drain passing from under the Lalbaug bridge. The societies near Kashi Vishwanath temple lake witness heavy waterlogging and crocodile problems every year in the monsoon. Finally, after repeated representations, the administration has come up with a temporary solution. On Tuesday Mayor Keyur Rokadia, standing Committee Chairman Dr. Hitendra Patel, Commissioner Shalini Agarwal, Ward no. 13 Councilors, and other officials visited the area and evaluated the ongoing work and gave necessary instructions to make sure that the water gets diverted as quickly as possible from that area. Mayor Keyur Rokadia stated, "For years the area is witnessing the problem of waterlogging as well as crocodile menace during monsoo
