Ajwa reservoir is running low on the water level. If it does not rain soon, the water availability will deplete to a level where the water supply will get affected. According to IMD, Vadodara has a 47% of the rain deficit this season. Ajwa Reservoir supplies around 27% of the water requirements of the city.
