The number of seasonal illnesses is on the rise in Vadodara. The cases of Dengue and Chikungunya have increased in the city. The growing number of viral infection cases, Dengue, and Chikungunya in government as well as in Private Hospitals. An average of 300 dengue cases is being reported daily. 32 cases of Dengue were reported on Saturday, while 21 cases of Chikungunya have been reported. 721 cases of fever and 102 cases of Diarrhea and vomiting.  In the SSG Hospital, the OPD ward has been flooded with patients. The lack of beds in the women's ward forced the patients to sleep on the floor. Out of 102 samples taken by various teams of the Municipality, 33 were dengue positive.
