The trustees of two of the city’s leading schools, New Era Senior Secondary School and Anand Vidya Vihar established a Section 8 company, dedicated to promoting student innovation to whom the funding for incubation assistance was awarded. The Scheme of Assistance for Incubators and Start-ups, Government of Gujarat recently allotted funding of 335 Lacs dedicated to developing a start-up incubator for the two associated schools. With such an establishment, the budding innovators of these schools will be able to pursue their passion for innovation and creativity in startups. The Government of Gujarat has been taking numerous initiatives to develop the scope of entrepreneurship and innovation across the State by facilitating the establishment of platforms that will enhance the scope of inclusivity in the field.
