17 Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDs) have been set up in every ten villages in the Vadodara district in collaboration with GVK EMRI and State Animal Husbandry Department. It helps the cattle keepers to get treatment for their animals at home. So far a total of 62,209 animals have been treated by the mobile veterinary clinic in the Vadodara district. Of these, 58,944 animals were treated during schedule and 3,265 are treated in an emergency, said the project in charge Jaimil Dave. There are a total of 17 mobile veterinary hospitals functioning in the Vadodara district. Of these, a total of 62,209 animals have been treated talukas.
