Pradip Parmar, Gujarat's Cabinet Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment, issued a statement in Vadodara condemning the attack on a Dalit family in Bhachau, Kutch, over a temple visit. He stated that the reaction would be penalized following the law. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar spent hours at Sayaji Baug where he committed to strive for the upliftment of the oppressed. While Pradip Parmar was in Vadodara to review the development of Sankalp Bhoomi, he condemned the beating of a Dalit family in Bhachau, Kutch. He said, "On the day the incident occurred, I discussed with the Collector and SP, requested a copy of the FIR, and reviewed which provisions should be implemented." The offenders will face severe consequences. On the same occasion, Congress MLA Naushad Solanki tweeted that in the same incident he attacked him by saying that he doesn't really do people's work and just tweets
