Ami Ravat, the opposition leader in the Vadodara Mahanagar Seva Sadan (VMSS), paid a visit to the shuttered Karelibaug gymnasium and swimming pool, which opened in 2016. The Karelibaug swimming pool was built at a budget of thirteen crores and got inaugurated in 2016. However, due to the pandemic, the pool and gymnasium were shut down, resulting in poor maintenance by the authorities; a non-operational State-Of-The-Art Gym is still without a gym-trainer with rusty equipment conditions.  On Thursday, after many complaints from the citizens, Ami Ravat visited the swimming pool and reviewed the condition of the gymnasium.
