A 10-year-old student received eight stitches on the head when a ceiling fan broke in a classroom at a private school at Bhayli in Vadodara. Following the publishing of the news, the Gujarat State Human Commission Department acted quickly and directed the police to pursue the perpetrators. Taluka police have filed a lawsuit against school workers who were negligent in regards to student safety. According to the details, the ceiling fan at Bright Day School in Bhayli was broken in the classroom on February 14th, 2020, in the presence of students and staff. The incident harmed a 10-year-old student and was taken to a private hospital and given eight stitches to his skull. The Gujarat State Human Rights Commission has filed a Suo Moto complaint.
