Vadodara police sent three accused arrested in vehicle lifting and prohibition to different jails under the Prevention of Anti-Social Activities (PASA) Act.  Under PASA, the Karelibaug police sent one convicted car lifter to Bhavnagar Jail. Bismillah alias Sahil Rajubhai Mahida (Garasiya), 40, is a compulsive vehicle lifter and has been involved in this crime for a long time. He is originally from Nadiad and now resides in the Gorwa region of Vadodara city. The papers were sent to the police commissioner, and the accused was held as a dangerous person under Section 3(2) of the Gujarat Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act 1985 and transported to the Bhavnagar jail.
