An incident of cheating involving the PSI from Rajkot.
A jeweler from Surat connected with PSI on Instagram. PSI Raizada of Rajkot said that he was going to come to Surat and called to meet at Adajan's hotel. From the jeweler, PSI took the money of Rs. 2.25 lakh, saying that he had to give it to the informer. He assured the jeweler that the money would be returned when he reached Rajkot, but he did not return the money. Following this, Punit Lalwani, the owner of a jewelery shop in Ramnagar, petitioned the Surat Police Commissioner, the state police chief, and the home minister against the PSI.
