'Athashri', a place for elders to find warmth, independence, companionship, culture, celebration, and a sense of belonging in a thriving community. The senior living home project, specifically designed for seniors, attempts to meet their housing, personal, and medical needs. On Tuesday, Paranjape Schemes Construction Ltd. (PSCL), best known for their senior living housing project 'Athashri', unveiled the second phase of the project, in Vadodara. The decision was made following the positive reaction to the first phase and increased demand in the senior living section of the real estate market, particularly following the epidemic. In 2016, the first phase of 'Athashri' -Vadodara was launched. Paranjape Schemes has so far launched ten Athashri projects in Pune, Bengaluru, and Vadodara. In the near future, we will be focusing on additional major cities such as Ahmedabad and Surat.
