No Covid test or quarantine rules for fully vaccinated international travelers coming to India: They will have to upload their COVID-19 vaccination certificates on the government’s Air Suvidha portal aimed at digitally documenting relevant details of international passengers at the country’s entry points. The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare released detailed guidelines for international arrivals at airports on February 10. The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has directed health officials and district magistrates to ensure the Centre's revised COVID-19 guidelines for international arrivals are followed at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi.
