In this light, the construction of three bridges have been announced for the ambitious Narmada Project. The construction work for the nation's longest eight-lane cable bridge over Narmada river is currently underway. Ashoka Buildcon, a big name in the field of highway developers constructed an eight-lane highway that covers a section of the Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway that includes a cable-stayed bridge across Narmada. This bridge will be India’s first eight-lane extradosed bridge, which the company planned to complete within 27 months, according to the MD of Ashoka Buildcon. The construction work for this bridge was moving in fu
