Indian culture and festivals have always been colourful, but there has been one common thing about Indian Hindu festivals whether it is a community or tribal festival, people worship nature in all these festivals. The vivid festivals across the country have always initiated after the worship of 'Mother Nature'. One such community is Rabari community, who celebrate Mahi Beej Utsav. The community is found majorly in Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Gujarat. The main occupation if this community is animal-keeping and herding. The Rabari tend sheep, goats and camels. Children are also engaged in their primary occupation. This festival Mahi Beej Utsav is celebrated mainly Rabari community where the river Mahi is worshipped by the people.
