Global warming, climate change, shift in all natural processes or even natural disaster are created by human beings and their pollution but it is affecting other species. There has been global effort to band aid all these destructions. But what about the birds and animals? To motivate the habitat of sparrows in their area. Star India has once again come up with Bird house making competition under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. This is the 3rd successive year of competition and the aim is to inculcate love and care for little birdies and make them friends for life. This year a category for photography ‘Ghar Wapsi of House Sparrows’ is also introduced by the organizers. The competition is in fond memory of Balkrishna V. Doshi. Schools, colleges, institutions and bird lovers are encouraged to participate as this is for a noble cause of saving the House Sparrows.
