The National Lok Adalat was organized at the Gujarat High Court, where all pending vehicle accident compensation cases, cheque returns cases, land acquisition compensation cases and others have been placed for disposal. However, an age-old vehicle accident compensation case has been put up for settlement and if it is settled in the Lok Adalat, a compensation of 13 crores will be paid.
