In an effort to combat addiction and promote a healthy lifestyle, the Urban Center Part Two of the Taluka Health Office in Deesa orchestrated a comprehensive tobacco control program. As part of this initiative, an enlightening session on addiction was conducted for the students of Adarsh High School. With over 500 students in attendance, the program aimed to empower young minds with knowledge and encourage them to take a stand against addiction.
During the event, the students wholeheartedly pledged to free themselves from the clutches of addiction. They vowed to lead lives untainted by the harmful influence of tobacco and other addictive substances. Recognizing their responsibility towards society and the nation, the students also committed to spreading awareness among their families and relatives about the adverse effects of addiction.
