A woman constable committed suicide by hanging herself on September 6 in Jetpur town of Rajkot district. Alleging that the police did not take proper action in this case, Koli Samaj held a press conference and released the chats of three fellow policemen named Mandeep, Abhayrajsingh Jadeja, and Vipul Tilala who were working in the Jetpur City Police Station. It was also alleged that the police were trying to collect bribes by naming the policemen.
